Why Gemarix exists.
Gemarix Worldwide Private Limited was founded by Sagar Soni, who grew up in Udaipur — a few kilometers from the Rajsamand green marble belt and within an afternoon's drive of Makrana, the quarry that built the Taj Mahal. Stone, for him, is not a category to be learned. It is the landscape he grew up inside.
Before launching Gemarix, Sagar spent three years running operations inside one of India's leading marble and granite exporters — handling invoicing, logistics, and live international deal flow across global shipments. The problem he saw every week was the same: overseas buyers paying premium prices and consistently receiving inconsistent quality, because their shipments passed through three or four unaccountable hands between quarry and container.
Gemarix was founded to change that specific problem. One accountable team. Direct quarry sourcing. Photographed containers before sealing. Same-day response. No broker chains between you and the person who walked the quarry.
