Fantasy Green Marble is quarried across Kesariyaji and Dungarpur within the broader Udaipur district of southern Rajasthan — a region of the Aravalli marble belt known for its green and decorative marbles. The Kesariyaji-Dungarpur deposits sit within the same geological system that produces Spider Green, Rainforest Green, and other Indian green marbles, with the Fantasy Green variation distinguished by its rich green field and cream-gold movement that gives the stone substantial visual presence.
Gemarix sources Fantasy Green directly from quarry operators across the Kesariyaji and Dungarpur belt, allowing us to control block selection for visual character and pattern consistency. The green character varies between blocks — some lean richer and deeper green, others present cooler grey-green reads with more cream movement; book-matched pairs produce dramatic mirrored compositions for feature installations. Our direct sourcing makes project-matched supply possible.

Fantasy Green is a medium-grained metamorphic marble with a recrystallised calcite matrix carrying significant serpentine and chlorite-group mineral concentrations responsible for the rich green colouration. The cream-gold movement comes from variations in iron oxide content and minor clay-derived mineral concentrations stretched along metamorphic foliation planes. The interplay of these mineral concentrations gives Fantasy Green its distinctive layered character. Origin and specifications verified by Gemarix.
Fantasy Green slabs present a rich green field with cream-gold sculptural movement flowing across the surface in dramatic patterns. Some blocks lean deeper green with subtler cream detail; others present richer cream-gold movement against a moderate green base. Book-matched pairs amplify the patterning, producing mirrored compositions that read as sculptural natural artwork ideal for feature installations.
The marble pairs powerfully with traditional Indian, Mediterranean, and biophilic design palettes — against teak, brass, leather, and warm walls it grounds sculpturally as a primary feature; against contemporary minimalist palettes it provides organic green focus. Polished finishes maximise the green depth and cream contrast; honed finishes soften the surface for floor applications while retaining the dramatic patterning.
Fantasy Green Marble is most commonly specified for feature walls, fireplace surrounds, vanity tops, hotel lobbies, restaurant interiors, and book-matched cladding installations where the rich green patterning becomes the central design element. Its visual weight makes it best deployed as a focal feature.
Gangsaw slabs (280 × 180 cm) are essential for showcasing the layered patterning across maximum surface area; cutter slabs (180 × 60 cm) suit vanity tops and smaller feature applications. Book-matched pairs are highly effective and frequently requested — our facility in the Kesariyaji-Dungarpur area selects adjacent slabs from the same block for projects where mirrored green-cream patterns enhance the visual impact.
Polished finish maximises the green depth and cream-gold contrast — most often specified for feature walls and vanity applications. Honed finish softens the surface and produces a contemplative matte ideal for floor applications. Leathered finish introduces gentle surface texture that complements the organic patterning. Brushed finish suits heritage and traditional applications.
This stone is supplied in two production formats. Gangsaw slabs are large-format slabs for premium architectural projects requiring continuous surfaces. Cutter slabs are smaller-format slabs optimised for residential installations and tile production.

Custom tile sizes available: 60×60 cm, 60×90 cm, 90×90 cm. Cut to specification at our Rajasthan facility.
Apply a penetrating stone sealer at installation; reseal annually in kitchen and bathroom environments. Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner — avoid acidic cleaners and abrasive pads, which etch the calcite content. Blot spills promptly, particularly wine, coffee, oil, and citrus. The green colouration and cream movement are intrinsic to the stone's mineralogy and remain stable when correctly sealed.
